WHAT WILL BE COVERED?

The learning outcome of this 2-day PIVOTAL Executive Presentations workshop is to equip you with the competency to plan and design presentations that are persuasive, clear and concise. This is accomplished through a proprietary structured process, a set of easy-to-understand and -apply frameworks, useful templates for reference, best practices, practical examples and a common language

 

All participants will acquire the following 4 core skills:​

Know what is important to the audience and give what the audience wants, so as to achieve what you want.

Use evidence effectively to strengthen persuasiveness, because good evidence not only persuades but keeps one persuaded.

3

Create a storyline of the flow of arguments and thoughts, so that the audience will reach the same recommendation.

4

​Design and illustrate the content and data in a way that visually appealing and communicative to the audience – so that they are easy for them to understand and remember.

Lessons are made concrete through numerous real world examples, contextualized case scenarios and individual and small group exercises. The workshops are highly interactive and hands-on, and as such, registration is limited to ensure sufficient and effective instructor/participant interaction and engagement.
